Sergey Vesmanov, PhD, VAST Advisor. Sergey currently serves as President and Principal of the Open Russian School, as well as professor and head of the research laboratory of project management at Moscow City University, where he develops highly effective educators, thought-provoking e-learning systems and oversees research into how urban educators can positively impact urban life and culture.

He hails originally from Central Asia as a well-respected expert in emerging markets. Most recently he has applied his project management and educational research expertise to the task of enriching urban life through continuing education.
